How to use

1. Apply gently on the forehead and back side of the ears for headaches and migraine. cover with a cloth.
2. For block nose, apply few drops on a clean cloth and take deep breaths,or put a few drops in steaming hot water and inhale.
3. For body aches and joint pain apply gently on the site of pain and cover with a cloth.
4. In common cold apply on chest, and neck area.
